Mr. Hayman brings to the firm a legal practice with concentrations in commercial litigation, professional liability and surety/construction litigation, along with experience in insurance coverage, personal injury/product liability and employment litigation. He represents construction companies and other commercial entities in transactional matters. His professional liability experience includes defense of attorneys, accountants, appraisers, investment advisors and insurance agents. Mr. Hayman has tried numerous cases in the Massachusetts Federal and State Courts and has successfully litigated appeals before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Mr. Hayman was an associate attorney with Cetrulo & Capone LLP at its inception in 1995. In January 1999, he became a partner of the firm. Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone LLP, Mr. Hayman was an associate at Peabody & Arnold.
