Subsequent to his graduation from Northeastern University School of Law, Mr. Marra worked for six years at the Boston office of a national law firm, where he represented institutional lenders, real estate developers and various corporations and small businesses in all manner of debt finance, real estate development, acquisition, disposition and leasing.
Mr. Marra joined Cetrulo & Capone in June of 2001. Currently, Mr. Marra handles real estate, leasing and secured debt finance/secured lending matters for a substantial number of regional and national clients including institutional lenders, real estate development firms and corporations engaged in debt finance and real estate transactions. Mr. Marra also represents clients engaged in business and real estate litigation. Finally, Mr. Marra acts as coordinating counsel for several of the Firm's toxic tort clients.
Mr. Marra became a partner of Cetrulo & Capone LLP in January 2005.
