Companies and individuals are faced with a multitude of risks in this constantly changing marketplace. When disputes arise, Cetrulo & Capone LLP is fully equipped to handle, fulfill, and deliver the needs of companies and individuals. We understand the importance of cost-effective and timely approaches to combating disputes. Our Alternative Dispute Resolution team strives to provide these services by understanding your business objectives and collaborating on the best alternative approaches.
Compared to traditional litigation forums, Alternative Dispute Resolution offers a cost-effective, timely, efficient, flexible, private, and result-driven approach to handling the most complex disputes. Our team of highly skilled attorneys provides companies and individuals with a number of alternative methods: Mediation, Arbitration, Case Evaluation, Conciliation, Mini Trials, and Summary Jury Trials. In arbitration, the firm's Alternative Dispute Resolution team makes sure the issues of the dispute and the scope of the arbitration are precisely defined. They also engage in comprehensive discovery to eliminate, to extent feasible, the unexpected, thoroughly prepare client witnesses and make judicious use of expert witnesses. In mediation, our team believes that it is important to enter the process with well-defined objectives. This may be settlement within client-approved parameters, acquiring an enhanced assessment of the other party's case and/or the effectiveness of the other party's representation. Our ADR team also specializes in med-arb services, another form of alternative dispute resolution in which some contested issues are arbitrated while other parts of a dispute are resolved by mediation.
Our Alternative Dispute Resolution team serves a variety of practice areas. The members of our team have a special understanding of these areas and aim to provide the best methods for favorable results.
- Employment
- Personal Injury
- Toxic Tort
- Construction/Surety Bonds
- Commercial Disputes
