Nicholas I. McDonald practices in the area of toxic tort, product liability, and insurance defense. He also has experience in the area of employment law as well as secured lending transactions, in which he represents commercial landlords and tenants in leasing matters, and commercial lenders in lending transactions.
Mr. McDonald began working with Cetrulo & Capone as an undergraduate at Northeastern University. During law school, Mr. McDonald assisted in drafting an amicus brief in two U.S. Supreme Court death penalty cases. In addition, Mr. McDonald worked as a student prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney's office in front of the Boston Municipal Court.

- Most recently, Mr. McDonald was involved in obtaining summary judgment for a major building materials manufacturer in an asbestos personal injury case in Massachusetts state court.
