Mr. Fumarola has solid experience representing individuals and companies in complex litigation, including matters involving securities laws, employment discrimination, contract disputes, fraud, torts, and violations of M.G.L. c. 93A.

While completing his undergraduate work, Mr. Fumarola was an intern with a public defender's office.  During his tenure at Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Fumarola was a legal intern gaining practical experience with the United States Attorney's Office, the City of Boston Law Department, and the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he was awarded a civilian commendation for exemplary service.  Mr. Fumarola also clerked at a Boston-based firm that handled white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation.

  • Mr. Fumarola served a Judicial Clerkship for the Justices of the Rhode Island Superior Court, 2003-2004.
