Andrew R. McConville focuses on the defense of toxic tort claims and complex product liability claims.

Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone, Mr. McConville worked as an associate in Boston law firms specializing in medical malpractice defense litigation and white collar criminal defense.

Before entering private practice, Mr. McConville served as an officer and judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps.  He was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California where he served as a prosecuting attorney and then as a criminal defense attorney.  As a trial attorney, Mr. McConville engaged in extensive motions practice, trial preparation, and presentation of complex cases at contested jury and bench trials. He then served as an instructor at the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island, where he taught criminal law and trial advocacy.  Mr. McConville also participated in training overseas as an instructor with the Defense Institute for International Legal Studies.
